age F 65, M 75 gender (women) ethnicity (caucasians) previous fracture fix alcohol smoking BMI <20 physical inactivtiy coexisting disease (diabetes, RA, coeliac, IBD) meds (antidepressants, anticonvulsants...)

treatment for osteoperosis
A
if high risk, start on bisphosphonate- alendronate 10mg OD or aledonrate 70mg once weekly
calcium and vit D prescribed alongside
