Often vague
Bone pain-> pelvis and long bones
Fracture
Skeletal deformity-> waddling gait 
Proximal muscle weakness

Bone profile
-Ca -/increased
-PO4 -/increased 
-ALP increased
- PTH increased 
Decreased Vit D
Normal EGFR
X Ray-> losers zones -> cortical # on compression sides of bone
