Tubercle of the crest

Depression occupying the pelvic surface of the ala of the ileum serves as the attachment site for the iliacus muscle

Just inferior to the superior iliac spine
Ischial spine
Triangular point separating the lesser and greater sciatic notches
Ischial tuberosity
Large tuberosity located on the ischium
Greater sciatic notch
Semicircular notch that forms the greater sciatic foramen
