Kentucky Mule (Bourbon Mule)
2 oz Bourbon
1 oz lime
.5 oz simple
Combine in a mule mug filled with ice, top with ginger beer, garnish with lime
Ranch Water
1.5 oz Blanco Tequila
.75 oz lime
top with club soda
Combine in Collins glass with ice, stir, garnish with lime
Old Scratch Fashioned
2 oz Bulleit Bourbon
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
1 dash orange bitters
1 dash peychauds
.25 oz simple syrup
cherry and orange peel
Combine bitters, peels, simple syrup, cherry/syrup into a mixing glass. Muddle lightly. Add Bourbon. Pack with ice and stir until chilled and diluted (20 seconds). Strain into rocks glass over big ice blocks. Express orange oil. Garnish with cherry toothpick and orange peel
Honey Berry Lemonade
1.5 oz Dayton Vodka
.75 oz Raspberry Syrup
.75 oz Honey simple
1 oz lemon juice
Combine into a shaker, shake vigorously. Strain into pint glass filed with ice. Top with Limonata, Garnish with lemon wedge
White Sangria
4 oz Pinot Grigio
.5 oz Passionfruit Syrup
.5 oz Orange Curacao
Add wine to mason jar. Add syrup and curaçao and then ice. Brief mix. Top with Orange San Pellegrino. Garnish with orange wedge

4 oz Gran Passione

Add wine and curaçao to mason jar. Add ice. Brief mix. Top with Orange San Pellegrino. Garnish with orange wedge

Combine in a tulip glass. Top with sprite. Garnish with cherry

Combine into a shaker, Strain into collins glass filled with ice. Top with grapefruit soda and garnish with grapefruit quarter

1.5 oz White Rum
.75 oz Yuzu Puree
.5 oz Triple Sec
.25 oz Honey Simple
3 Mint Leaves
Combine in shaker, strain into pint glass filled with ice. Top with Limonata and garnish with lemon wheel and sprig of mint
Bourbon Cooler
1 oz Bulleit Bourbon
.75 oz Sweet Vermouth
.5 oz Orange Curaçao
3 Mint Leaves
1 TBSP Cucumber
1 Orange Wedge
Lightly muddle mint, cucumber and orange slice. Add the rest to the shaker, strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish w a lemon wedge.
Aqua Fresca Margarita
1.5 oz Tequila
.75 oz Triple Sec
.75 oz Hibiscus Syrup
.5 oz Lime Juice
3 Basil Leaves
Combine in shaker tin, strain into rocks glass filled with ice, garnish with lime wedge
