.25oz Aperol
2 dash Angostura

Mix all ingredients into crystal shaker. Strain into Rocks glass, garnish with orange peel.

.5oz Sweet Vermouth
.5oz Dry Red Wine
.5oz allspice Dram

Mix all ingredients into crystal stirrer. Strain into rocks glass w large cube. Garnish w orange peel:

Earl Grey Sour

1oz Vodka
.75oz Lemon Juice
.5oz Earl Grey Tea
1oz simple
5 dashes fee foam

Add ingredients to shaker. Dry shake , then add ice and shake again. Strain into coupe glass. No garnish.

1oz Lime Juice
1oz pineapple
1oz simple
4 dash angostura

Ahh ingredients to shaker. Strain into tulip class. Garnish with cocktail cherry.
