Sunset Margarita

In a shaker:
1.5 oz blanco tequilla
.75oz Triple Sec
.5oz Lime
.5oz Grenadine
4-5 dashes orange bitters

Shake w/ ice and strain into rocks glass. Garnish with lime.

Question 2

Blackberry Bramble

In a shaker:
.5oz blackberry purée
3-5 basil leaves
.05oz crème de cassis
Muddle and add:
1.5 oz bourbon
.75oz lemon

Shake w ice and strain into rocks glass. Garnish w basil leaves

Passion Fruit Mojito

I’m a shaker:
1.5 Bacardi white
1oz passion fruit rum
.75oz lime
1oz passion fruit syrup
5-6 mint leaves

Shake w ice, dump ice and drink into mason jar. Top with ice, sprite and mint garnish.

Question 4

Cherry Like Sangria

In mason jar:
3oz CAB
1oz cherry liquor
.5oz cherry juic
.5oz lime

Top with soda water, garnish with 2 lime wheels on side of glass and 2 luxardo cherries

Aperol Breeze

In Tulip glass:
1.5oz Aperol
.5oz vodka
.5oz lime

Fill w ice , top with orange San pel. Garnish with orange wedge

Pineapple Mexican Mule

In mule mug:
2oz tequilla
1oz lime
.5oz chipotle pineapple syrup
.5oz simple

Top with ginger beer, garnish with lime

Peach Mango Sangria

In mason jar:
4-5 mango chunks
1.5oz triple sec
.5oz mango syrup
.5oz peach syrup
.5oz lemon
3oz Pinot Grigio

Add mango chunks and triple to glass - muddle. Add rest. Top with ice and soda water. Garnish w 2-3 more mango chunks.
