In a shaker:
1oz lime juice
5-6 mint leaves
Muddle

Add:
1 oz passion fruit syrup
Shake. Dump all contents into mason jar. Top with sprite, garnish with more mint.

Blackberry Fizz Mocktail

1.5 oz blackberry purée
.75oz honey simple
.5oz like juice
5-6 mint leaves (roll in hands to activate)

Shake with ice, strain into rocks glass with ice. Top with sprite and mint sprig.

Peach Lemonade

In shaker:
Muddle 2-4 peach slices
Add:
2oz Peach Syrup
1.5 oz Lemonade
.25 oz honey simple

Shake and strain. Top with limonata.

Mango Strawberry Lemonade

In a shaker:
Muddle a scoop of mango
1.5 strawberry syrup
1oz lemon
Strain into pint glass with ice. Top with sprite and limomata
