  • Medical history (including checking MIMs if necessary)

  • Clinical exam + marking of tooth/teeth
  • Documentation of treatment + discussion with tutor before commencing
  • Requeste LA (amout/type) –>use mirror retraction only, administer, dispose of needle
  • Remove gloves, Titanium entry while waiting for LA
  • Put gloves back on, check for anaesthesia
  • Post op extraction instructions
  • Disposal of soiled gauze and carpules into adhesive bag
