hospital admision
IV antibiotics
(surgery if antibtiotic resistance, abscess or optic neuropathy)

A
excision
radiotherapy
(I think chemo is rarely used)

A
Proptosis due to a 2ry endocrine disorder (e.g. thyroid disease)
