Blacks>whites, fluid in buccal mucosa, white or greyish; not treated, very common-white film like; stretch –> normal but goes right back

.5% of population, elongated filiform papillae which are keratinized; brush tongue

common in Asian and Inuits, asymptomatic, midline growth on hard palate
