What is holmes-adie pupil

A

Damage to the sympathetic or parasympathetic causing impaired dilatation and constriction respectively
Sluggish accomodation / light near dissociation with absent or poor constriction to light
More noticable in the light compared to the dark due to the damage to parasympaethic chain
