- Fentanyl: Anesthesia, high lipid solubility (potence)
- Pethidine: Biliary pancreatic colic pain , lower myocardial infracion
- Methadone: Opioid dependance treatment

-Codeine:
Antitussive, Analgesic, Antidiarrheal
-Dextropropoxyphen: same as codeine
-Tramadol: Analgesic avoid in myocardial infraction and low risk of resp dep constipation ad urinary retention

-Buprenorphine: Opiod dependance treatment
Same as morphine with less cardiovascular effects

- Naloxone: Respiratory depression treatment
- Naltrexone: Detoxification of opiods and alcohol
