Agonists; Major opioids

A
  • Morphine: Resp dep, bronchoconstriction, vasodilatation, analgesic, bradycardie, hypothermia/tension
  • Fentanyl: Anesthesia, high lipid solubility (potence)
  • Pethidine: Biliary pancreatic colic pain , lower myocardial infracion
  • Methadone: Opioid dependance treatment

Agonists ; Minor oipoids

A

-Codeine:
Antitussive, Analgesic, Antidiarrheal
-Dextropropoxyphen: same as codeine
-Tramadol: Analgesic avoid in myocardial infraction and low risk of resp dep constipation ad urinary retention
