- inspect bar and clean where needed
- set up bar stools
- clean glassware
- set up bar tools and equipment
- set out floor and bar mats
- fill napkin caddy with straws and napkins
- check backup inventory
-create a liquor list to hand off - stick beer coolers
- set out bar towels
- prepare garnishes
- check keg levels
- count cash drawer
- wipe down counter
- clear beer lines
- inspect taps for dirt or bugs
- orangish liquor bottle set up for display, clean as needed
