A

Take medical issues and restrictions (physical, mental, cognitive and other) and translate them into performance (ie what can the client do, what cant they do and what do they need help with).

A
  • Partial medical clearance to return to work w/ modified duties
  • Re-establish a usual work routine and behaviour
  • Assistance to regain strength, endurance and dexterity to undertake pre-injury duties believed the worker can achieve post injury
  • Asssistance in transference of skills, enable them to use safe and appropriate body mechanics and work practices in less demanding situation than normal work environment
  • Claim is lodged and no time loss, but worker is unable to performance pre-injury duties
