What is the Law of Communication Feedback?
If YOU say it, SO WHAT–But if THEY say it, IT MUST BE TRUE. In other words get them to say it. It’s not enough to say “I have these great skills.” You need to get feedback by asking “Could you tell me how you see these skills fitting into this position?” or “Are these skills you are looking for?”
What is a subliminal way to get Communication Feedback?
Tie Downs: Make a statement & follow it with a short question like: Isn’t it? Couldn’t you? Wouldn’t we? Don’t you think? “It’s easy,, isn’t it? You won’t be without this tool, will you?”
How do you tell someone you think they are wrong, tactfully?
Feminine example: Feel, Felt, Found: “I know how you feel; I felt the same way; Let me share some things with you I found out
Masculine: Thinking, Thought, Learned “I know what you are thinking, I thought the same thing. Let me share with you some information that I learned

Try to use AND instead of ‘But’ whenever you can. It’s not always possible.
What do people remember the MOST in any conversation?

People are often ‘turned off’ by hearing about your _______?
