Start PAP at 21 regardless of sexual activity

At 28, do PAP and HPV testing
Give hpv vaccine to all women 13-26
Prostate cancer treatment
Localized—>surgery AND external radiation or radioactive pellets
Metastatic —> androgen blockade (flutamide) + (GnRH agonists) leuprolide/ goserelin… but don’t use in cord compression
