Dx biopsy with immunofluorescent antibodies just like p.v.
Tx
Steroids just like p.v.
Alternative:
- tetracycline
- erythromycin with nicotaminide

Tx
A
Stop drinking
Skin barrier protection
Avoid estrogen
Phlebotomy to remove iron. Or deforoxamine
Chloroquine to increase excretion of porphyrins!!!!!
