What are the laboratory findings of an intravascular hemolytic anemia?
elevated reticulocyte count, increased LDH level, decreased haptoglobin.
Patient with GI complains, poor concentration, anemia and extensor weakness. What is the most likely diagnosis?
Lead poisoning (occupational history). Tx with EDTA or succimer
