malignant tumour of retinal cells which can affect one or both eyes
clinical features of retinoblastoma
white pupillary reflex instead of normal corneal reflex
squint/ strabismus
redness or inflammation of eye
poor vision
which chromosome is the retinoblastoma susceptibility gene found in
chromosome 13
pattern of inheritance in retinoblastoma
dominant with incomplete penetrance
inheritance of bilateral and unilateral retinoblastoma
all bilateral tumours are hereditary
most unilateral tumours are not

radio is for those with more advanced disease
