A
Defined as 2 or more of the following in the context on ongoing cancer treatment, usually chemo for lymphoma or other high metabolic cancers
HYperkalaemia
Hyperphosphataemia
Hypocalcaemia (due to chelation by phosphate)
Hyperuricaemia (uric acid)
