4th-rate modulation: Programable, Modulated, Responsive
5th-response to tachycardia: Pacing, shock, dual
Smith modified- Scarbossi Criteria
Any of the foloowing:
> 1mm concorant ST elevation in one or more leads
> 1mm concordant ST depression in V1-3
Discordant STE >25% the preceeding S wave.
