A

1st 3 letters about pacing
4th &5th about Mx tachycardias
0 always means none

1st- which chamber paced: A, V or D
2nd- which chamber sensed:A, V or D
3rd-Response to sensing: Inhibited, Triggered, dual (I&T)

4th-rate modulation: Programable, Modulated, Responsive
5th-response to tachycardia: Pacing, shock, dual
