- Ketoconazole, traconazole
-> dec intragastric acidity, reduces absorption - Digoxin

A
- No improvement after 14 days
- <18yrs
- > 55yrs
- > 45yrs recurrent GORD and taking OTC
Red flags for gastric cancer:
- Dysphagia
- Unexplained weight loss
- Blood in stool/vomit
- Persistent vomiting
- Epigastric mass
- Severe stomach pain
- Hx gastric ulcer

- Smaller meals
- Tight clothes
- Posture
- Fast foods, greasy foods
- Eat slower
- Raise head of bed
