A
  • No improvement after 14 days
  • <18yrs
  • > 55yrs
  • > 45yrs recurrent GORD and taking OTC

Red flags for gastric cancer:
- Dysphagia
- Unexplained weight loss
- Blood in stool/vomit
- Persistent vomiting
- Epigastric mass
- Severe stomach pain
- Hx gastric ulcer
