  • U18yrs
  • Tx more than 3 months
  • Hypersensitivity to ingredients
  • Untreated localised infection around/within nose
  • Recent nasal surgery or trauma
  • Steroid use -> caution

  • Nasal discomfort, ulceration
  • Irritated throat
  • Taking CYP3A4 inhibitors could be at inc risk of systemic s/e
