Remembering how to do things
What is a cognitive impairment?
Below average cognitive performance relative to age expected normative values
What is mild cognitive impairment?
Cognitive decline noticeable to others, but not pronounced enough to meet clinical diagnosis of dementia
What is dementia?
Collection of symptoms caused by disorders in the brain
-Progressive and frequent memory loss, confusion, personality changes, apathy and withdrawal, loss of ability to perform everyday tasks
