2 dashes of Peychard.
15 mls White Cocao.
60 mls Sazerac Rye.

METHOD: absinthe wash glass
Stir ingredients is glass and pour.
Place on tray with napkin and chocolate on glass rim.
Cover with dome and smoke.

GLASS: Stemmed Old Fashioned.

GARNISH: Chocolate.
