Method: shake.

GLASS: tin cup
METHOD: build with crushed ice.
GARNISH: Mint sprigs.

Singapore Sling from 28 Hong Kong Street bar, Singapore 2 dashes angostura bitters 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters 1 ounce Bénédictine 1 ounce lime juice 1 ounce Luxardo Sangue Morlacco 1.5 ounces gin Ice 2 ounces soda water Lime peel, for garnish
GLASS: Hurricane or Collins
METHOD: shake all but soda and lime peel
GARNISH: Lime Twist
