What does the offsite ATM team do?
They take care of the ATMs from deployment until decommission. This includes making sure there is network, electricity and money.

What happens to captured cards?
All cards captured on our offsite ATMs are picked and sent to Card Center on the 1st floor of the Head office building for collection. Ecobank customers can arrange for their cards to be transferred to any branch of their choice for pickup or pick their cards up either from there personally or via a third party with an authority note signed by the customer.
