  1. Network on SIM – NOT WIFI
  2. Check POS Connectivity
  3. Check Battery Level - not below 20/15%
  4. Refresh POS – Logon (93)
  5. Paper Roll well Inserted to Print
  6. Clear Reversals i.e. for Decline Transactions (To Correct Online processing)
  7. Initiate Settlement (To correct Online Processing Error)
  8. Replace Paper Roll
  9. Perform Function 93 (Non-Android) to test connection to server

A

The payment by QR code on a POS Terminal is an innovative solution that allows customers to scan dynamic QR on the POS via their bank’s mobile app for terminal to print a receipt upon completion of each transaction.

How are customers set up for web acquiring?

A
  1. Request is received from Business
  2. Documents is verified by supervisor and handed over to inputter
  3. Inputter time stamps the documents
  4. Inputter prints WEB ACQUIRER Application Checklist
  5. Inputter verifies the WEB ACQUIRER application form against the Checklist to ascertain its completeness
  6. Verified documents is now ready to be inputted into PRIME software using the same procedure used in CREATING NEW
    MERCHANT POS.
  7. Save and Process and wait for Authorizing
  8. After authorization, a Change Request is prepared for approvals by 3 Heads of Dept.
  9. After approvals have been received, the approved document is scanned and inputted in Remedy for IT to configure.
    8.The Incidence report is generated and sent via email to SWITCH team and Card Systems Support for configuration
  10. After configuration and Merchant ID and Password is generated, a request is sent to IT Support for configuration and notification is sent to merchant
