Office layout is the physical arrangement of an office where the office furniture equipment are placed
The three types of office layouts are:
1) Enclosed Office (Private or Celluar)
2) Enclosed Office (Open plan or economy blocked office)
3)Virtual Office

Disadvantages:
1)Little supervision can lead to low productivity
2) It cost more than open plan office in terms of material and equipment

Ergonomics is the changing of furniture in the office to suit the desire of the user

Disadvantages:
1) the working environment has to be changed all the time
2) It is costly to change the design to suit people needs
3) The study of ergonomics takes time and money to obtain information to improve working conditions
