-Sell/Supply or administer to any person; OR
-have in their possession with intent to supply or administer

What three things do you need to prove a prima facie case of possession?
POSSESSION;
That the person was in possession of the controlled drug (able to exercise control over it)
KNOWLEDGE;
That they knew what the controlled drug was or that is was a controlled drug of some type, and that it was in their possession
USABLE QUANTITY;
That the amount of the drug was enough to be usable
Amounts of some drugs that indicate possession for supply?
0.5g of cocaine or heroin 5g of morphine 5g of meth 5g of MDMA 100 cannabis cigarettes 28g of cannabis plant material
What are some questions to ask to prove knowledge?
What is it
Whose is it
Why have you got it
What do you do with it
What should happen with all drugs exhibits?
Should be seized
Disposed of in the correct manner; and
minimum of intel noting submitted
