What is meant by offensive behaviour?
Manner arousing feelings of anger, resentment or disgust that causes a disturbance to public order
What is meant by disorderly behaviour?
Behaves in a seriously disruptive manner that causes a disturbance to public order
What is disorderly behaviour likely to cause violence?
The behaviour of a nature that it has caused, or may cause, violence against people or property to start or continue.

What conditions would there be for Disorderly Assembly?
Group situations with three or more persons
-manner where others fear violence or disorder will occur
Examples: Gangs, street kids, two opposing factions

Only if you have actually seen them in the act and they fail to give their name and address
