Describe the main points of ‘Public Place’
- Any place that is open and being used by the public
- Free or by payment
- And whether any occupier is lawfully entitled to exclude a person from that place

Describe ‘offensive’
arouses feelings of anger or disgust
Describe ‘disorderly’
disruptive public disturbance (being a dick)
Explain ‘Disorderly behaviour likely to cause violence’
Example..
This is a step further than ‘Disorderly Behaviour’ as it is behaviour that is likely to cause violent behaviour from the public.
Example, blocking someone’s view at a rugby game by waving a flag in their face.

- Urinates or defecates
- In any public place

- Resists OR incites OR encourages any other person to
resist - Any constable acting in the execution of their duties
