A
A. Presence of Obsessions, Compulsions or both:
Obsessions: recurrent, persistent, intrusive, thoughts and or images.
Person attempts to neutralize these thoughts through some other thought or action.
Compulsions: repetitive behaviors or mental acts that the person feels driven to do ether in response to an obsession or according to some rigid set of rules.
B. Takes a lot of time (more than one hour a day) and/or cause clinically significant distress or impairment in social/occupational functioning.
C. D. Not due to medical condition or better explained by another condition.
