Take at night
Good for depression and OCD
As a TCA- not good for people with cardiac disorders
Not good for seizure disorders
Can cause weight gain
Avoid alcohol
Can worsen psychosis
ADRs
Sexual ADRs
CNS ADRs (sedation, dizziness, headaches, anxiety, restlessness, weakness)
Blurred vision, constipation, urinary retention, dry mouth

A
May reduce appetite
ADRs
Sexual ADRs
GI ADRs (constipation, nausea, dry mouth)
CNS (insomnia or sedation, agitation, tremors, dizziness)
Rare- sweating
