ELIMINATION SUBSTITUTION ENGINEERING ADMINISTRATIVE BEHAVIOUR PPE From top to bottom requires increased participation and supervision but reduced effectiveness and sustainability.

How are blood born viruses obtained?
Percutaneous injury
HBV is most likely and least is HIV
What does asbestos cause?
Mesothelioma
Large latency period of upto 50yrs.
What is silicosis?
Fibrosis and loss of lung function after respiring crystalline silica. Effects are continuous and irreversible. Most common in sand blast workers.
Suffer from HF, TB, COPD, arthritis
What is pneumoconiosis?
Caused by inhalation and retention of dusts. Common in coal workers and has a latency of >10yrs.
What is fukushima?
From radiation exposure
What is food flavoured lung?
From diacetyl in butter causing broncholitis obliterations.
What is anthrax?
An infectious disease in wool and animal skins
