-path
-as long as you are in contact with cement condition will persist
ADVICE
-wash only with water and not soap
-apply topical steroid>oral steroid for severe
-emollient for further prevention
-oral antibiotics if infection secondary
-avoid contact with wet cement>use barrier creams before work(but do not useon damaged skin), use protective gloves, wash hands after work
