Operational Risk Management
A systematic decision-making process use to identify and manage hazards that endanger naval resources. A tool use to make informed decisions by providing the best baseline or knowledge and experience available.

3 CLASSES OF MISHAP
1) Class A
Material property damage equal to or over $2M. Or fatality or permanent total disability.
2) Class B
Material property damage equal to or over $500K but less than $2M. Or permanent partial disability.
3) Class B
Material property damage equal to or over $50K but less than $500K. Or non-fatal injury resulting to loss of working hours.
