Determine, plan, and record the examination and interrogation of every exhibit and establish its relevance to the investigation.

• all parcels are SEALED
• all items are LABELLED and NUMBERED
• a list of all items is attached to the POL 143
• the POL 143 is CONSISTENT with the labels on the items
• items are in an appropriate condition e.g. clothing is dry, blood samples are refrigerated.

OC Exhibits is responsible for preparing the exhibits for production at court. Thus must be conducted in a manner whuch:

• avoids any risk of physical injury, disease, accident, contamination, damage
