OCPD has been there for a long time and has no intrusions or compulsions.
what is body dysmorphic disorder?
preoccupied with one or more perceived defects or flaws in their physical appearance
What is muscle dysmorphia?
preoccupation with the idea that one’s body is too small or insufficiently lean or muscular
What is hoarding disorder?
- has persistent difficulties discarding or parting with possessions, regardless of their actual value

11-15 years old (severity increases with each decade of life)
