Objections & Complaints #2 Flashcards

Q

I’m going to think about it

A

I understand but either way you make a decision. You will either decide to continue in pain and not be able to play with your son, or get this corrected. Either way you make a decision. The question is whether you are going to reward yourself and your family with the ability to hold your son right? So why don’t we just get started.

Q

I think I’m going to wait

A

Certainly you can wait, but can I share with you a few things that will continue to happen while you wait. You still won’t be able to hold your son, which you said is affecting him more, you still can’t exercise, and we move one step closer to possibly needing surgery. So why don’t we just get started.

Q

Can you just write this down for me and I’ll think about it

A

I would be happy to, but I’m sure guy like you has 6 inches of paperwork on his desk right now already. So why don’t we just get started.

Q

I have to think about it, I don’t want to make a quick decision or RASH decision

A

I understand, I wouldn’t want to either, but the reality is we have spent multiple days together already, telling me how you can’t hold your son, and diagnosing why. So why don’t we just get started.

Q

I just need some time to think about it

A

I agree, I gave you a lot of information. But thought is instant. Think of how you can’t hold your son. Did you get that picture in your head? It’s immediate. So why don’t we just get started.
