treatment of preeclampsia
antihypertensives: labetalol, nifedipie, alpha-methyldopa, hydralazing
magnesium sulfate (seizure prophylaxis)
no severe features: deliver at 37 weeks
severe features: deliver at 34 weeks
fetal malposition
0-37 weeks:
37+ weeks:
active labor:
37 weeks with failed ECV, active labor, or contraindication to vaginal delivery:
0-37 weeks: no management
37+ weeks: external cephalic version
active labor: C-section
37 weeks with failed ECV, active labor, or contraindication to vaginal delivery: C-section
