What is healthy eating advise
Avoid missing meals Include starchy CHO at each meal for slow release 5 servings fruit and veg Include more beans and lentils 2 portions oily fish Limit sugar Reduce salt <6g 3 portions dairy Low saturated fats Avoid diabetic foods Want low glycemic food
Recommendations for exercise
2.5-3 hour moderate activity OR 75 minutes vigorous 2+ strength training Child = 60 minutes per day
