Picks up plaque to the liver so it can be broken down. Could also pick up plaque to the small intestines to be recycled.

Brings and deposits excessive fat to arteries. Can be lowered by exercise

Complete essential amino acids have all nine essential amino acids. Complete ones are found in all animal products. Incomplete ones are usually found in plant based foods.
