Why do you need to eat different foods?
To get different nutrients - your body needs the right fuel or it wont work properly

- They provide energy

- Provide energy and
- Act as an energy store
- Provide insulation
Found in butter and oily fish
Why do we need proteins and give? and example of where it is found
- Needed for growth and repair of tissue
- Provides energy in emergencies
Found in meat and fish
Why do we need vitamin A? And give an example of where it is found
- Helps improve vision
- Keeps your skin and air healthy

- Needed for calcium absorption
(Made by your body when your skin is exposed to sunlight)
