What is immersive marketing?
Involving their advertisement into an experience for the consumer, eg, McDonalds and monopoly.
What is Social influence marketing?
Using well known celebrities to promote their product as they have a large following and people find them trustworthy
What is cholestrol?
A type of fat required for optimal functioning of the body, but in exes can lead to health concerns
What fats contribute to cholesterol and how?
Saturated fats - High in cholesterol
Monounsaturated fats - Thought to reduce cholesterol
Polyunsaturated fats - Thought to reduce cholesterol
Trans fats - execs trans-fat is found to increase cholesterol
What is food security?
Having a reliable access to a sufficient quantity of nutritious and affordable food.
What is the consequence to health from excessive saturated and trans fats? Long term or short term?
Increases the body’s cholesterol levels, leads to fatty deposits developing in the arteries

Increases the risk of constipation witch effects the efficiency of the body and its system, effects mental health

Sugar is the food source for bacteria in the mouth and these bacteria’s produces acids in the mouth that can lead to dental decay and develop dental cavities

If under consumed in youth the individual is at high risk of having weak bones later in life, increase risk of osteoporosis

Barriers to youth healthy eating
Friends - if friends don’t have healthy eating habits this can affect the individual to have the same
Family- if an individual does not have a family that has healthy foods in the house or doesn’t encourage healthy eating this would make it difficult to have healthy eating habits.
Income - healthy foods are often pricier so if income is low people may settle for cheaper more unhealthy foods.
