What do carbohydrates do?
They are used during exercise and are the only source of energy for brain cells, red blood cells and others
How is cholesterol bad?
If you have too much it clogs your arteries
Why is water important?
Regulates temperature, carries waste, lubricates moving parts, digest, absorb and transport nutrients
Why is salt bad?
Linked to hypertension
