What is muscle dysmorphia?
A disorder which makes a person perceives their body to be under developed new matter reality
What are some health risks for heart disease?
Old age, men, black people and family history
What is activity disorder?
Excessive or addictive exercising undertaking to address psychological needs rather than to improve fitness
What is diabetes?
A metabolic disorder in which the production or use of insulin is disrupted making the body unable to take up glucose and use it for energy
Why is hypertension a health issue?
Because it can we can and scar the arteries and make the heart work harder leading to heart attacks strokes kidney disease peripheral artery disease and blindness
Eating disorder
Condition is characterized by severely disturbed eating the behaviors and distorted body image
What is the Ischemia?
The lack of oxygen and nutrients to tissue due till narrowed or blocked arteries
What is body dysmorphic disorder
Preoccupation with an imagined or exaggerated defect in appearance
What is a coronary thrombosis?
A blockage of the coronary artery by a blood clot may cause sudden death
How do the two different types of strokes differ?
When is caused by blockage in the blood vessel and one is caused by a rupture of the blood vessel
Disordered eating behaviors
Abnormal eating patterns that may not fit to the rigid diagnostic rules for anorexia and bulimia but affect quality of life
What health issues are considered cardiovascular disease?
Heart attack, stroke, peripheral artery disease, congestive heart failure
What is body image?
Mental representation that a person has of his or her own body
What does atherosclerosis?
I think getting our hardening of the arteries do to build up of lipids
What is arrhythmia?
Regular or disorganized heartbeat
