A

Infants through school age-rapid growth(high protein, vitamin, mineral, and energy requirements. Adolescents-j Energy needs need to increase as growth increases, protein is important, calcium and iron for girls because of iron loss during menstruation, hydration, and carbs are important as well. Young and Middle adults-need nutrients for energy, maintenance, and repair. Iron and calcium continues to be important. Older Adults- decreased need for energy, change in appetite, smell, taste, and the digestive system affect nutrition. So does being on a fixed income,
