In small amounts, they are essential to living: Vitamin A gives you better eyesight and Vitamin D gives stronger bones and teeth.

Your cells are made of 70% water. To keep healthy you need to drink over a litre of water each day, as you are losing it from sweat, tears, urine, feces and exhaling.
What is the function of fibre in your body?
It provides bulk to your food and is needed to move smoothly through your gut and stop constipation.
