Liquids where oil is in water, or water is in oil.
Milk is homogenised, what is homogenisation?
Forcing milk at high pressure through holes, breaking up fat particles in order to spread them evenly within the milk, preventing separation of a cream layer.
What nutrients are found in milk?
Water, protein (82% milk protein is casein), fat, carbs (lactose is a milk sugar), vits and minerals

Rice milk, oat milk, soya milk
